• কাস্টমার, বুকিং এজেন্ট, এবং ড্রাইভার আগের দিন রাতেই আপকামিং সিডিউলের মেসেজ পাবে । 
• প্রতিদিন রাত এগারোটায় সারাদিনের আয় ব্যয়ে ওপেনিং ব্যালেন্স, ক্লোজিং ব্যালেন্স ইত্যাদি হিসাব নিকাশ প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রধান বা সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তিকে মেসেজ আকারে পাঠানো হবে অটোমেটিক্যালি। 

৮. কমিশন এজেন্ট ব্যাবস্থাপনা

• চালান কপি সফটওয়্যার পোস্টিং দেওয়ার সাথে সাথেই সংশ্লিষ্ট এজেন্টের নামে একটি হিসাব ওপেন হয়ে যাবে। এক্ষেত্রে এই চালান থেকে কত পারসেন্ট কমিশন তাকে দেওয়া হবে সেটা নির্ধারণ করে দিতে হবে অথবা সেটা পূর্ব নির্ধারণ করা থাকতে পারবে। 
• সংশ্লিষ্ট চালান থেকে পেমেন্ট রিসিভ হলে তাৎক্ষণিক পার্সেন্টেজ অনুযায়ী তার একাউন্টে টাকা জমা হবে। পরবর্তীতে সে সম্পূর্ণ টাকা অথবা যে কোন এমাউন্ট উত্তোলন করতে পারবে। 
• কমিশন এজেন্ট সফটওয়্যারে লগইন করে তার ট্রানজেকশন হিস্ট্রি দেখতে পারবে। 

৯. নথি ব্যাবস্থাপনা 

• প্রতিষ্ঠানের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কাগজপত্র অথবা দলিলাদি ফাইল ম্যানেজারের সংরক্ষণ করা যাবে। 
• ড্রাইভারদের ব্যক্তিগত কাগজপত্র এবং লাইসেন্স সংক্রান্ত কাগজপত্র গুলো সংরক্ষণ করে রাখা যাবে।
• এজেন্টদের কাগজপত্র এবং নথিগুলো সংযুক্ত করে রাখা যাবে।
• গাড়ির প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র সংরক্ষণ করে রাখা যাবে।

১০. স্টাফ / কর্মী ব্যাবস্থাপনা

• কর্মীদের সম্পূর্ণ প্রোফাইল তৈরি করা যাবে।
• কর্মকর্তা-কর্মচারীদের নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়ার কাগজপত্র সহ আইডি কার্ড পাসপোর্ট এবং অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্রগুলো তাদের প্রোফাইলে সংরক্ষণ করে রাখা যাবে। 
• তাদের স্যালারি প্রসেস করা যাবে। এবং তাদের সাথে অন্যান্য অ্যাকাউন্টসগুলো মেন্টেন করা যাবে। 

১১. একাউন্ট ব্যাবস্থাপনা

• প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রয়োজনীয় একাউন্টগুলো তৈরি করা যাবে। যেমন ক্যাশ এবং ব্যাংক একাউন্ট
• এক একাউন্ট থেকে অন্য একাউন্টে টাকা ট্রান্সফার করা যাবে। 
• একাউন্ট লেজার তৈরি করা যাবে এবং pdf আকারে নেওয়া যাবে। 

১২. সিস্টেম সেটিংস ব্যাবস্থাপনা

• কোম্পানির ব্যবস্থাপনা তথা কোম্পানির নাম ঠিকানা লোগো ইত্যাদি পরিবর্তন করা যাবে। 
• স্টাফদের পারমিশন কন্ট্রোল করা যাবে। যেমন কে কোন কোন সেকশনে কাজ করতে পারবে বা কোনটা করতে পারবে না এ ব্যাপারগুলো ম্যানেজ করা যাবে। 
• সফটওয়্যার থেকে কোন তথ্য ডিলেট এর পারমিশনের ব্যবস্থা করা যাবে। অর্থাৎ নির্ধারিত ব্যক্তিকে নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে ডিলিট পারমিশন দেওয়া যাবে। 

১৩. গাড়ির জিপিএস ট্র্যাকিং ব্যবস্থাপনা

• আপনি একই সফটওয়্যার এর ভেতরে ড্যাশবোর্ডে আপনার বর্তমানে গাড়ির অবস্থান দেখতে পারবেন।
• বিগত সাত দিনের ট্রাভেল হিস্ট্রি দেখতে পারবেন।
• যেকোন গাড়ির পুরো ট্রিপের রোড হিস্ট্রি দেখতে পারবেন।
• জিপিএস ট্র্যাকিং করার জন্য আলাদা মোবাইল অ্যাপ পাবেন।
• পুশ এলার্ট পাবেন, ইঞ্জিন বন্ধ, এবং চালু করলে। এছাড়াও ওভার স্পিড এলার্ট পাওয়া যাবে।
